Peirce College Adds First Master’s Degree –

Philadelphia-based Peirce College has announced the launch of its first ever master’s degree, a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Management (MSOLM), beginning fall 2013.

Students pursuing their MSOLM degree – offered online, on-campus or in hybrid format – will be exposed to a curriculum designed for working adults, aimed at equipping graduates with workplace skills that will bolster effective leaders in various professional fields. The program provides students expertise in developing organizations and increasing their effectiveness, as well as focusing on organizational behavior, development, structure, leadership, and management.

The program requires completion of 12 courses, for a total of 36 credits. Students who wish to apply for the program must have a bachelor’s degree with a GPA of at least 2.75.

Private, nonprofit Peirce College offers online associate and bachelor’s degree programs in several fields, including business. The school is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education and the school’s business programs are accredited by the Accrediting Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
