Online Feature Boosts LA Students’ Success –

Recently, a website created to help Louisiana students research colleges and plan for future careers received a new feature. Louisiana Connect is the product of a partnership between ConnectEDU and the Louisiana Office of Student Financial Assistance. The statewide college and career access web portal launched last summer.

The new feature, which launched this summer, notifies Louisiana students in 11th and 12th grades of their eligibility to participate in the Expanding High School Choice program, a part of the state’s Course Choice initiative. The program allows high school students to take college courses that can earn them credit at colleges and universities throughout the state.
