Overview

Ashford University offers associate, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business, education, health and human services, and liberal arts. The school, which also has a traditional campus in Clinton, Iowa, offers programs for military members and adult learners. History

Ashford University was founded as a junior college under the school’s original name, Mount St. Clare College, and expanded to offer bachelor’s and master’s degrees. The school was acquired in 2005 by Bridgepoint Education Inc. and renamed Ashford University.

Academics

Ashford University offers degrees at the associate and bachelor’s levels, as well as Master’s degrees.

Students pursuing an associate degree can choose such study tracks as early childhood education and military studies.

Bachelor’s candidates can earn degrees in the following fields: business, education, health and human services, and liberal arts.

Master’s degree candidates can study in the following areas: business, education and psychology.
