Five hundred high school seniors will be the recipients of 2013 Elks National Foundation (ENF) scholarships ranging from $1,000 to $15,000 per year as part of the Elks Most Valuable Student (MVS) competition.
The MVS applicants will be judged on scholarship, leadership, and financial need. In order to qualify, students must be pursuing a four-year degree full-time at a U.S. college or university.
Applications must advance through local, district, and state to reach national judging. National finalists will need to submit a second application online by March 22, 2013.
